Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Pleasant bar area on roof with good sandwiches etc. Typical European hotel buffet breakfast.

Located very close to Naples’ central rail station, the hotel offers easy access to Metro, Central Bus station, and many dining options. Even though the hotel is in a old building, it must has been newly renovated. Everything inside the room looked new. The shower room looked very modern with a huge shower head. The room was quite spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering vast selections of freshly prepared hot food, cold cuts, and pastries.

The main reason we booked here is because it was close to the Napoli Termini train terminal for ease of travel to/from various sites on our travel agenda, but also that this hotel had great reviews, an awesome rooftop bar with great service staff (Tony, Salvatore, Davide), including 24hr front desk staff.

During our stay in Naples, this hotel satisfied us a lot with it's perfect location, which is very close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. It has also a pool at the rooftop which helps to relax specially after coming back from a long walk in the city. The room was clean and big enough. The staff were fine and helpful and very kind, specially the staff of serving breakfast.

Very spacious rooms and modern facilities, especially the suite. The pool whilst small was great on a hot afternoon and also a great place sit and have a drink. Breakfast had a good selection and staff were all lovely.

building, rooms, cleanness, stuff, bad very comf. A quite well breakfast. Terrace on the roof - very nice. Th room size ok for us (2 person), the bathroom nice and very clean. The hall, building interior was very fresh, clean, all good.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. On our day of departure, they made us breakfast bags up, as we had to leave early. They also took the time to get to know you and spoke with us every day, the two owners were also around a fair bit and were so lovely too. The hotel is beautiful and the terrace is a really nice feature. It’s just a short walk from the station and you reach other cities in a short time

We had two rooms, both were very, very nice. The hotel was modern, and the decor was really beautiful. The A/C worked well, the breakfast offered many options, and the breakfast room was bright and beautiful. The hotel is very near the main train terminal, which was perfect for our needs. Those seeking a trendier neighborhood might want to look elsewhere. But the hotel itself was terrific!

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms well air conditioned. Beds comfy. Nice rooftop bar with small pool (you won’t be doing lengths in this one). Breakfasts were nice, but it’s primarily pastries or fresh fruit so don’t be expecting a full English.

The staff were excellent mostly specially a staff call Francesco. He was very attentive and helpful, and I did asked for his to he can be recognised for the excellent costumers' service he offers.
